I had an awesome interaction with this remediation company. The Ops Manager was very responsive; he even came out to my space to check things out. The real shining stars of this experience, though, were the team members sent to resolve my mold problem. They were extremely courteous, very well informed, and totally took the time to walk me through the process they were going to undertake.

The team came without delay and went straight to work, tearing out the ruined flooring and installing machines to start the drying process. I am really impressed with how professionally and knowledgeably they are handling the situation.
