Very disappointed with our experience. Communication has been extremely poor. It is incredibly difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails, even when trying to address service issues. After reaching out multiple times regarding problems with our door, including trying to adjust the settings and door closing times. We were told a technician would be sent out by 9/25/25. Don't even bother calling or emailing they will never call you back I want to have a bi-folding door installed at my business and they can't even bother to pick up the phone or respond. Stanley Door dump them and get someone that wants to sell your doors.
