Joel and Josh are amazing coaches. They care about everyone and coach anyone ay any level. Not only is the mma class amazing but the gym equipment is also top notch. Erin the owner is also super nice and caring. Great gym!!
I started working out at Species before the MMA program launched, and it’s been amazing to see how much care and dedication Erin and Derek put into this gym. The facility has a great variety of equipment, plus a cold plunge, sauna, and recovery area. Since joining MMA, I’ve felt so supported—especially as a woman. Coaches Josh and Joel are top-tier, and the classes are challenging, empowering, and fun. Species isn’t just a gym, it’s a real community. I’m proud to be part of it!
