A Google search for Marvin window dealers led me to these folks. The locking mechanism on one of our older Marvin glider windows installed years ago had failed. Called them Thurs and Don came out on Mon. He had the window open in seconds, discovered a broken plastic part hidden in the frame and knew exactly what was necessary to fix the problem.
