SVO prices are excellent, at least for the medication my pet needs. Their service, however, leaves much to be desired. You can order through their website BUT if they have to call your vet for approval it’s not a web order, not linked, and therefore you cannot just refill through the web. Some of their employees are great but others lack common sense or logical thinking, so working with them can be incredibly frustrating. We picked up meds for our 11 year old miniature schnauzer today. Chicken flavor. She took it without any problems! This is a miracle because every other medicine we give her we have to hide in cheese or meat. Thanks so much SVP!
Back in 2010 our dog Zip was diagnosed with Irritable Stomach syndrome, was put on a special dog food as well as a steroid made specially for him by you. Every time I needed his meds refilled or had questions, everyone at SVP was soo polite and helpful. Unfortunately we lost our beloved dog in Sept 2016 at the age of 12. Not a day goes by that we don't miss that boy. SVP, you are the very best.
