If I could give 10 stars I would! The back AC in our sprinter van went out. We were heading home back to Texas on a 16 hour drive. I was desperate and called. I was told to bring it in. Within 2 hours (after waiting for parts to be delivered) we were back on the road! Everyone was so nice and helpful! And the most important thing, I felt, was that they didn’t price gouge on a desperate family who they knew needed to get home! I’d recommend them over and over!
We can’t say enough great things about Sprinter Van City! Eric, Dave, and Amanda are phenomenal!!! They always do an amazing job on our Sprinter, and their work is so exceptional that we happily drive 8.5 hours just to have them service it. Their team is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proficient. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your van, and they have earned our complete confidence. We highly recommend Sprinter Van City to anyone looking for top-quality service!
Best place to get your parts for van sprinter, either Mercedes, Dodge, Freightliner or Ram this place has it all. Eric the owner is a pretty cool guy and he knows all about this type of van. For the van Comunity in Florida this place is a blessing. Call or go check it out. They can ship parts nationwide to you.
I recently had my 2021 Coachmen Prism Class C RV serviced at Sprinter Van City in Fort Pierce, FL, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had both the front and rear suspension upgraded from the factory setup, and the difference in how the RV handles is immediately noticeable. These guys were great . I got a diagnosis from another garage in the area . It was outrageous they quoted me 10-14k in repairs . I took the advise from other shops in the area to stop in and talk to them . 25 mins later they had a complete different diagnosis with an estimate of under 4k . Pickup my Sprinter this morning and back on the road . I might add they charged me $500 less then the original Quote . There Honest and fare . I greatly appreciate all they have done .
