We received sump pumps for our boat that were half the capacity of what we’d ordered. (300 vs 800). The only resolution seems to be that we have to pay a higher price to get what we originally ordered. Office person seemed to want to be helpful but charging us again for their error is unacceptable.
Great customer service. Needed a trailer hitch for a new vehicle. After calling all over and getting no good results, John at Specialty was able to get my part quickly and schedule installation right away.
Awesome place great installers and staff
Terrible customer service, wrong product was sent and they have refused to accept a return. I would avoid this business at all costs.
