Amazing and beautiful selection of tile however shipping is very unreliable along with customer service. Ordered tile on May 31st with lead time of 8-10 weeks per our invoice. Checked in on our order a few weeks later and was then told 10-12 weeks. We are at week 11 and shipment has not arrived in USA yet. I worked with Brian & Christie on a small order for a special tile from Italy - so glad I used this company. Great customer service, from my initial consult with Brian to place the order - he was thorough, with helpful advice that made a difference - through to final delivery. I used the Orlando location. Great experience, and I plan to use them again for the next bathroom remodel.
