They did great work due to Wayne's experience with repairing Jaguars. Yes, it took a while to find the electrical/computer issue, but it was fixed, and I am happy! Definitely a dealer alternative.

If you want a shop that will coddle you and serve fancy coffee in the lobby, this isn't the place for you. However, if what you're looking for is a mechanic with umpteen years of experience who knows Jaguars inside and out, go see Mr. Wayne and the folks at Specialty Services. I've been taking my car here for the last eight years and always come out with more knowledge and a vehicle that runs better than before.
BEWARE! Wayne is full of lies, tries to sympathize with you with the outrageous prices of dealerships, but will backstab you with a $1000 labor job (no parts) to fix absolutely nothing and was all charged to "find the problem" and will cost an additional $1200 to actually fix the problem. He could not justify the expensive cost other than "well, that is just how it is" and "I checked all the systems to find the issue (on your expense)."
