zero stars is what they deserve. I prepaid for 3 months of trash service. In February 2025 the trash person left the dumpster open and 6" of ice collected in the bottom of the can. The company claims the "bags" were to heavy and they needed a different truck. For 3 weeks I had no trash service, when they finally sent a different truck, the person repeatedly dropped the trash can in the road till the ice fell out. For the second time this month our garbage was not picked up on our scheduled day. I called & spoke with the owner whose response was "what do you want me to do about it." I explained I would like for his business to comply with the contract we both signed and pick my garbage up weekly. He then replied "if you think I am worried about the $10 I make from you, you're wrong. You won't find any garbage company that is consistent with pickups."
