I delivered trailer to these guys from the Factory and Cassie was a pleasure to work with. Very cheerful and professional. We need more like here in customer service.

Specialty RV service has been top notch! They have worked with me on getting warranty work taken care of without making excuses (like I got at another place). I feel like they want a long term customer and care about my satisfaction. They all need a raise!
I purchased a new camper for this new chapter in life. Getting everything set was a little bit of a struggle dealing with a water leak that I could not seem to fix. I called in and talked to Myra at the service department. I explained what was going on, with in an hour she had sent out two technicians to fix my leak. The techs made sure to have the parts that were needed and now no water leak. Thank you Myra! Melissa
