Will did a great job on the walk around. Nick really took care of us after a hitch install issue.
Worker was nice and knowledgeable. Accessories were reasonably priced.
We bought our RV from here. In my opinion this place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. We had repairs done and we had to call them for any type of communication about the status of our repairs. We had to send it to Forest river and thought we had gotten everything out of RV before they came to pick it up. Our mistake but left our tags in the RV. Kyle so very helpful and professional. All the staff there were great and went above and beyond. Helped hook up my new camper and made sure it was safe to tow before I left. Great customer service.
Kyle in Lancaster went above and beyond to help us. First experience with a camper and he is so knowledgeable, hardworking and caring! Someone else came and helped us as well and he was amazing too!!!!
