On hold 57 minutes ... before I hung up and called back, male stated didn't know I was on hold! Asked who I was dealing with, I explained no one I just called in and was put on hold. Ridiculous! Purchased TT while doing the walk through employee stated " didn't think this was going to take this long, you're cutting into our lunch time. Do you think you have this?" How are you going to say your open on Sat and you drive there and their closed.
Absolutely love Specialty RV Sales. The service department is a different story. I’ve left multiple messages for a call back for something that they said was fixed before we took delivery. Then again when they came out to do warranty work. Still not fixed and they will not return a call.
