If I were to rate just the service man Kyle it would have been 10 stars. I hope the company knows what they have in this man. He goes beyond any service I have ever received. BUT, the single star goes to the rest of the company. Communication is horrible!!! My furnace went down and it took a month to get it fixed. They had to take it to the shop 3 times. Will did a great job on the walk around. Nick really took care of us after a hitch install issue.
The service was extremely poor. No communication or follow through. Our TV would play for a period of time and just shut off. The fuse had to be pulled to get it to play and then it would just shut off after a random amount of time. We were told that it was just the nature of the TV, and they couldn’t do anything about it. I called Forrest River Warranty and they said that most certainly was not the case. I asked for somewhere else we could get it fixed or replaced. They gave me RCD in Pataskala.
