I would leave 0 stars if that was an option I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The service department gave me an initial quote, then had to call back twice because they “forgot” to include additional items. That alone shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. After deciding not to move forward, I went to pick up my camper—and was hit with a $300 charge for a so-called “diagnostic test” that was never clearly explained or agreed to upfront. Bought a used Rv from specialty! Have had electrical problems and a leak behind the shower that the guy that fixed it said that specialty had to have known about! We have paid 600 out of pocket for repairs that it should not have needed and thats with the warranty that we purchased!!
Longtime Specialty customers! Cassie in Service was fabulous! So friendly and engaging and pleasant. Yet another reason why we have never considered any other RV Dealership over the years than Specialty!
I delivered trailer to these guys from the Factory and Cassie was a pleasure to work with. Very cheerful and professional. We need more like here in customer service.
