David the service writer was very very helpful in getting some issues ironed out on my gulfstream after I took delivery of it. He made sure he understood the problem I was having with the unit and looked into it right away. They found it was a manufacture fault and was a quick fix that didnt cost me anything out of pocket. Definitely recommend them!
I just want to say this service department is amazing. They went above and beyond to service my RV. Not only did they diagnose my issue, they went above and beyond. I will definitely be using them for all my annual service needs. Plus, they always cater to the community. I have seen them sponsor baseball teams and do give a ways for many events. Top tier in my book 💯

This RV place is great,they were very kind and accommodating, if I am in the area and need and Rv place they would be my 1st choice,my 1st time taking my camper out myself with just the girls,I had a 3 hr. Drive home,,hooked the travel trailer up and kept saying wiring fault with the camper,went to specialty RV in a tirential storm let's us stay there while the camper stayed in the bay till the storm was gone,checked everything out at no charge,such a kind and accommodating group.
