His pricing was fair, the workmanship was detailed and high-quality, and communication was clear and consistent from the initial proposal through the final invoice. We were very satisfied with the entire process and would gladly recommend Specialty Research Repairs.
The owner was very courteous and answered my questions quickly and accurately. When the job was completed, the area around my property was clean and free of any sign of debris.
The first time I called, Juan picked up right away. He said he could check my roof the same day at 3:30. He showed up as promised. He quickly sent the fair quote. He told me he could start the week after next. They were there that Monday as promised. He told me it would take 3 1/2 to 4 days. It took 3. The roof looks great and I have had compliments from the neighbors. He responded quickly. I highly recommend their services.
