If you're planning to have your roof replaced you should at the very least consult with Juan Perez at Specialty Roof Repairs. Juan came out at the scheduled time. He inspected the roof and then we discussed options, materials and new code requirements. I asked him at the time for a ballpark figure which wound up being only $400 less than the final cost. Juan is an awesome roofer! It's tough to get a roofer to respond or get repairs done quickly, but he does exactly that. I highly recommend specialty roof repairs!
