My dispatch was told by the broker that this place loads 24/7. Got here and checked in at 3:30 am and was told to wait on the street until the office people show up. They show up at 7 am. You can check in anytime but you have to wait until normal business hours. What a joke and a waste of a drivers time. I will never return to this place.
Everybody there was very professional and they were able to explain things to me that I didn't understand which I really appreciate
This is the worst company you could come to, the people who work here are from another planet, just hire new employees.I checked in at 10am, it's 5pm and I'm still waiting and no one here will give you detention.

They are not bad at all as they used to be! We picked out 4 times in the last 2 months and no issues at all. Checkin process and pick up took less than 2 hours! Definitely something changed!
