I arrived here at noon and checked in. I had to call the number provided, and the shipper said they would contact me when they were ready. I asked how long I would have to wait, but they said they didn’t know. There were about 7 trucks ahead of me. It’s now 8:30 PM, and I still haven’t received a call. The reviews are all true. No one speaks English, they're rude, been here 5 and a half hours, they loaded me with half, the rest of the load isn't even ready.
Do not come here!
Absolutely terrible place to pick up a load! Nothing have changed since my last time here. Today I just spent 5hours waiting to get to the dock. It has been almost an hour since sitting at the dock. No detention pay. Avoid, if you don’t want to loose your whole day!
