Dr. SHALEESH GUPTA and his trainees. Followups after Cataract surgery. Other patients and I filing suit & its criteria. 1. We had an appt time that all the others had when walked into sign in and wait.wait.wait. 2. Finally after waiting a long time, your name is called. We started the journey, 1st eye chart evaluation.then back to Waiting room. 2nd Eye health tests with analyzer instruments looking at Blue light, taking pics. Pressure test...etc. 3. Very disappointed! eye center posted on face book a free study on cataracts.They do not tell you until you waste your time and get in their office .That its not free at all.In fact they want ro suck all the insurance you have or you will have to pay out of pocket!I believe they are scammers and are practiseing fraud!Would you trust these people woth your eyes? I am sure not
There's no better retina specialist then Dr Gupta. But what makes this office better than any other are his employees and associates. Each and everyone that works for Dr Gupta make the experience that much better. His expert knowledge and experience with retinas makes this retina specialist my number one choice. By the way I've been to all of his locations and each and every location are hands above any other retina specialist in South Florida.
I absolutely hate coming here. The wait is ridiculously long, you spend 3 hours here minimum! You wait in the lobby an hour then wait another 2 bouncing from station to station. It makes no sense at all. No one calls to confirm your appt so you have to remember to come. The positive side of things, staff is friendly , especially Angel and Angela and the little young short one, I don’t remember her name. Dr Gupta is a little mean but he knows his stuff so that’s why I still come in. And this is for both locations
