SRT was our insurance-contracted provider to repair a shower leak and retile a bathroom. The entire process from start to finish was a nightmare. Our work was scheduled to begin in late September; it eventually began in early December. Though we were explicitly told that SRT had ordered the bathroom tile in May, we found out in October that the tile had yet to be ordered.
