Called Dominic because a friend of mine purchased a ravioli machine from SRE and it is defective and they won't fix it. He cursed at me! I called because my friend (who has been in the pasta making business for decades) is in PA and I'm in DFW, so I'm local. I hung up when he begin cursing and yelling at me, then he called me back (!) and yelled into the phone, "I am so afraid of the BBB that I'm gonna sh*t my pants." And that was my very brief experience with Specialty Restaurant Equipment.
