Carmen and her crew renovated my small bathroom that had significant, long term water damage. They had to take things down to the studs and floor joists and did a great job of working quickly and communicating as things went along. As I had to move out during the Project, they worked so hard to get me back home ASAP. I’m really happy with the quality of work, responsiveness of the team and timeliness of the project. I am so in love with the my gorgeous new bathroom! Thanks to the whole team!

Specialty Renovation did a fantastic job renovating a rental unit for us. Carmen met with us right away, we toured the property, made a plan, and that day helped us promptly select flooring and paint and trim. The next day the demolition of old flooring and was starting and the transformation began.
