SPC customer service is amazing. Bought after market upper control arms, and had some issues. After one warranty service, Jordan REPLACED my set at no charge, no questions asked. Hoping this new set works better. THANK YOU SO MUCH and keep up the great work. This is supposed to be how customer service is done.
After a recent warranty replacement I couldn't be happier with the response from the company. Aside from having to knock out the Upper control arm replacement and the pay for a re-alignment the process went great. I purchased SPC adjustable upper control arms and install them when I did my lift a year ago. About a month after install I have been chasing a small knock at low speeds for a while. Amazing company! Had an issue with my upper control arms, stopped by to ask then about it and they replaced them under warranty on the spot. Not something they normally do but the team here is awesome to work with and very friendly! 12 out of 10 in service!
