The rudest front office staff I’ve ever encountered. This walk in clinic is also a rip off. They’re billing the insurance companies full price, but not providing the full service. I went in because my asthma was flaring up, and I was in pain because my finger is swollen appears to be infected in the cuticle area. I was refused service and told that I could only address one of the issues. My experience at this location was not good the front desk staff is nice ! The african lady that does triage has an nasty attitude every time I come! She is rude and makes the visit uncomfortable! The wait to see an NP is unacceptable and when you ask about the wait time, the staff is very dismissive. The NP came in my room on accident didnt see my son and didnt return for almost a hour ! No one came in to check on my son or anything just sat us in a room for a whole hour no communication. This place needs to improve patient... read more
Natasha was our care provider for my 2 daughters ages 8 yr & 10 yr. She was very patient & thorough . I appreciate the whole staff from Lynn & Claudia were amazing . We were in & out within a hour. Thank you ladies
