Whoever the practitioner was in charge on 6/25/2025 I just want you to know you were 100% wrong about my son back claiming it was a skin condition when in fact it was a burn. We told you that wasnt on his back the day before but you was so adamant that he had a skin condition just in that one spot. You were wrong! Please do your job better.

If an ER is an option go that route. Good chance the wait time will not be as long. As you sit among few patients with seemingly little to no patient care occurring, whatever is ailing you is likely to be compounded. Patient care excellence entails communication.
