Ignorant Doctors with ZERO bedside manners and ignorant front desk Unprofessional and rude front desk. I was the only one there as she huffed and puffed rudely and said “we are busy” I work in a restaurant where I deal with 500 people a day. That’s busy. And had they done what they were supposed to do within the 2 weeks prior I wouldn’t have had to waste my birthday driving there to get treated like garbage, again. This office definitely doesn't have patient interest and well-being as a priority. I have experienced bad attitudes with the PA, MA and NPs. I was asked "why are you scheduled with me? I'm not in your group".... Last I checked, patients don't schedule their own appointments. Prescriptions aren't called in timely, messages are unanswered and the follow-up is poor.
