Terrible experience with this office. My daughter was referred for a sleep study by one of the providers. After waiting 6 months for her appointment I was contacted by sleep study to let me know this ENT office never submitted the information for the required insurance authorization. I called the office to try to resolve this issue so my daughter could keep her appointment and was told by Lisa that she just didn’t have time to do it so I would have to reschedule the appointment.
