The staff is friendly and professional. Hannah and Ariel always make me feel comfortable and keep me going.
My son had a 2pm appointment. He arrived 15 minutes early. It is now 4pm and he still hasn’t been seen. This is unacceptable. The lack of respect for people’s time is unreal. They absolutely need to do better and value their patients.
Dr. Otero and the staff are amazing and always friendly
This doctor and the staff have shown me execptional care. Previously went to another clinic to be told I was young and healthy, even with a list of chronic illnesses. I was told I didn't need anything. However this Dr, took the time, and decided to do more testing to rule other things out, and took the time to listen to me and my expierence.
