Been here 2 hours. Arrived here for 9:30 appointment. At 9:26. 2 hours later still waiting on a dock. They unload their customers first. Makes no sense To detain people like this
Picking up loads. Check in with some friendly people at the office, they'll tell you what to do. In&out about 1 hour.
Very slow service and do not respect their set appointments 😒
