November 6,2025, I cancelled my vehicle warranty. I sold my vehicle so I no longer needed the warranty. I contacted CARS PROTECTION PLUS, INC. January 2026. I was told that the check was sent to SPECIALTY MOTORS November 13, 2025. On January 12, January 15 and January 22 of 2026, I contacted the dealer and spoke to Carlos in the finance department. He said the Manager would handle this matter. I have not received any response on this matter.

Salesman named Rami strung me along for weeks. Bought a used Tesla. Was missing the front grill as well as the charging kit. .He kept telling me they would send me the missing parts. This went on for weeks. Tried to speak to his manager but it was just another salesman named James pretending. Rami kept telling me they had the parts and would send me tracking. Never got it. I bought a car from them in October. When my mechanic looked at it he said that all 4 tires were bald and needed to be replaced. There were too many problems to list but the shocks and struts needed to be replaced. My mechanic estimated repairs to be $2,500. I called them and they offered me $500 which is LESS than the cost of reurning it to them. We finally agreed on $650. 2 weeks later I called the salesman and he refused to return my call.
