Minus the Crane OP being on lunch 11:30am-12:30pm (not his fault), I was in and out in an half hour. Girl at the window was super friendly. Crane dude was super punctual and to the point. He makes it happen fast. Come in dressed and acting as a steel hauler, and a good attitude, and you should be golden. Seriously. Either the entire place changed staff, or the issue is you. Don't listen to the negative reviews. In and out in an hour and a half total because I arrived at 11:30. Super nice facility and huge parking lot. Plenty... read more
