Avoid these folks like a loose wheel on a steep hill. They’ll make you wait weeks for equipment, only to send you something “brand new” that looks like it’s already done a marathon—and lost. their customer service people are rude and one girl could not get me off the phone fast enough. if she is indicative of what their customer service reps are, then i feel sad that they dont train their people right

I needed to rent a lift chair to use post-surgery for a month or so. I called SMP yesterday and spoke to a very competent, friendly, helpful woman who stepped me through the ordering process and got us scheduled for a delivery the next day (today). I was told it would happen between 12 and 2pm. I got a call late yesterday to confirm, and then a call about 1pm today. Issue with delivery of chair: delivery service refused to take door off hinges to place chair in room. Still haven’t heard back from SMP.
