Alot of detailed questions but served the process
Shockingly poor service. They never inform the patient that supplies are not shipping. They never explain why supplies are not shipping. The supplies just don't show up. It is left up to the patient or the caregivers to deal with the consequences. These are patients with chronic illness for heaven's sake. My advice is to find another supplier!
Just started working with company. Their sales representative and insurance lady are helpful and knowledgeable.
