I found the representative very helpful.
THEY ACTUALLY GET ZERO STARS! Scam. I pushed the prompt button for orthopedic supplies. The have 2 other prompt buttons. One is for diabetics. The other is for CPAP supplies. Despite having the prompt button for orthopedic, when I talk to a customer service rep, they said they don't deal with medical equipment. I pushed for one star because I had no choice if I wanted to leave a review.
