The classic legalized scam. I got an injury and paid about $1000 out of my pocket. They have a deductible of $400, so I should get back $600. They did give me back $0 because they count divide by 3 or whatever is at their convenience. E.g. you went to the doctor at paid $400. we count that as a maximum of $150 because that is what we say in our fine print. So the $400 deductible is really a variable that they can adjust as they want. Best compliments for the articulated scam.
