this location is very clean and the staff are all very helpful, professional and always make sure that everything goes smoothly.

Great staff and experience
Local staff is great, but their back office is even more dreadful since they were acquired by Vivo. First, they don't address prescription refills until the day of treatment. Then they call you 20 minutes before your appointment to tell you that your treatment may not happen or may be delayed because they have been unable to get a prescription all morning. If you have Nurse Practitioner Karishma, then stay on top of your documentation because it doesn't appear she does. I was told that the system didn't alert them that a new... read more
