During my most recent appointment at my current assigned infusion site, I experienced several safety and quality-of-care concerns that made me uncomfortable continuing treatment there. At the entrance, there was a large accumulation of leaves on the ground, which created a slipping hazard. I have Multiple Sclerosis and experience numbness in my lower legs and feet, so navigating uneven or slick surfaces increases my fall risk. Excellent staff and nurses! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the location. This building is in a dumpy old building.
