Terrible since the takeover over by Vivo infusion.
I was very impressed with the service and staff. It can be a scary experience but I was very happy with my appointment. Edit: Specialty was taken over by Vivo. My appointment with them is today. I don't think this new company is going to be efficient as they screwed up my July 2024 appointment twice.

Absolutely horrible. Nothing but problems from day one. Supposed to get infusions for my crohns disease. Took a month just for them to set everything up. First appointment at 11 30 am. I sat until 230 waiting for the medicine to be delivered and they blamed fedex. Not very professional to schedule a appointment a week ahead of time and still not have the medicine in time. Second appointment was canceled 2 hours ahead of time saying again fedex was going to be late. Guess what? The medicine doesnt get shipped unless i ok it. ... read more
