After receiving infusions at NYP Hospital for several years insurance switched up and made it mandatory for patients to acquire infusions as an outpatient at Specialty Infusion. I was very nervous at first, but Pamela and Ahn put me at ease with their bedside manner and attention to detail. Not only this, but they are also very caring and sweet staff, I appreciate them so much. Great place to receive infusion therapy.
