Only reason I’m even giving a star is because there’s nothing lower. The staff is very nice but they misread my film and the workers comp carrier took that as an opportunity to try to deny my claim. I saw issues immediately when I looked at the film before my doctor came in and saw multiple tears in my shoulder. Now I’ve had surgery which shows everything they missed. They also in their report minimized the damage in my shoulder.
If I could give zero stars I would. They misrepresented how much a procedure would approximately cost and now I owe almost $600 more than I was quoted. They blamed insurance but it was clearly their error. I would not have had the procedure done if I knew it would cost me as much as it did. I will never go back here. Beware of this place, and make sure you get everything in writing beforehand. I wish I had.
I had a knee injury and they were able to get me in for an MRI the next day. The staff was amazing. The front desk couldn’t be more helpful. If you are looking for superior, personalized care, this is the place to go.
