Excellent, caring staff! They put their patients as a top priority!
One word. BAD! No consideration for patient. Rather rude. Makes calls day before they are coming to home. One call only. You must adjust your schedule to fit theirs. After all, the patient schedule is not of any importance. I have nothing of importance but to sit by the phone and wait for them to call. Am told that person coming out will be at my home "sometime in the afternoon." Only comes to my area one day a month.
