I was on hold for 35 minutes the first day and gave up. Today I called as soon as they opened at 8AM and its been 30 minutes and still on hold. I would assume due to the need of the medicine and the exaggerated cost, they would answer within 5 minutes. I am extremely disappointed and looking for alternatives.
