Our 1930ʻs cottage needed TLC and the right insulation to fill the wall cavities. Specialty not only knew what we needed, (blown in cellulose), they were able to get it done in time to beat the next heat wave. Decades ago I used Specialty Insulation. It was gratifying to see that their quality, integrity and service are still stellar. Mahalo for taking care of us!
I would highly recommend using their services! They were very quick coming to home for a bid and the work was scheduled and completed within two weeks. Very pleased with the results and the staff at Specialty.
Unable to comment on final project at this time, it is a tenant occupied unit. However, the workman arrived on time and were prepared with all materials and equipment. No complaints and would consider Specialty Group for future projects.
Little to no communication with the project manager. He refused to talk to me and explicitly ignored my request to coordinate when the crew arrived. Had to have someone come back after the crew partially taped over my filter cover. Also taped over paper notes that should have been pulled off or relocated elsewhere. They did complete the project quickly, just not thoughfully.
Great company to work with, easy to schedule projects. Chris and Jesse are great at communicating with other contractors onsite and efficient workers. We appreciate their hard work on multiple projects.
