When I called this location to fix a problem, they made the associate who answered the phone was laughing and speaking gibberish. I did not understand one word they said. Then they hung up the phone. They initially wanted me to go for an MRI implantation and I live in Coral Springs when I got to the location they messed up the paperwork by putting CT scan instead of the MRI. My boyfriend has been trying to get his medication for over a month! The pharmacy requires their pre authorization, and they have taken forever to send it in so he can get his medication for a chronic disease of his. Finally, when they did send the authorization, it was sent incorrectly. He has been off of his medication for too long now and they know him and what he deals with. RIDICULOUS

The front desk could not find my 18 page regerstraion page I filled out another for 1/2 hour copied my license and insurance card, then I waited 45 minutes after the front desk manager returned from lunch. I was the only one in the waiting room and the manager asked, who are you. I said I am waiting 45 minutes, I am close to the top of the list, she looked at the list and my name was marked out, she said they must have called my name, how would she know she was at lunch, she had me so the whole regerstraion and I'd again ano... read more

Absolute worst office I have ever been to as a patient they changed my follow up appointment 3 times and made me wait an hour and 30 minutes to tell me I'm fine.

My problem is with staff, not the doctors. I called the office today to request my medical records to be sent to my primary care doctor and also to myself. I was told that they can only send to my primary, and that I have to go to my primary to get MY medical records. This seems absurd to me as I should be able to get a copy of MY records without going through another provider. Under HIPPA, this office is denying my rights and I will be looking further into this.
