Absolute worst office I have ever been to as a patient they changed my follow up appointment 3 times and made me wait an hour and 30 minutes to tell me I'm fine.
My problem is with staff, not the doctors. I called the office today to request my medical records to be sent to my primary care doctor and also to myself. I was told that they can only send to my primary, and that I have to go to my primary to get MY medical records. This seems absurd to me as I should be able to get a copy of MY records without going through another provider. Under HIPPA, this office is denying my rights and I will be looking further into this.
If you want to come here be prepared to wait at least 3 hours to be seen. I have been waiting in the waiting room for 2.5 hrs. Now I am currently sitting in the patient room for the past half hour. Never in my life have I spent even half this time for the entire visit at any doctors office. I got here at 11am. Now it's almost 2pm. This is insane. If I didn't have so much time on my hands sitting here for so long then I wouldn't of thought to do this review. Now I have a bad headache from sitting here so long staring at my ph... read more
