Very disappointed, they cancelled my appointment many times.
If I could give an half of a star I would. This place is so unorganized it's a shame they have these elder people waiting and know that they don't have no space to accommodate the patients. I don't blame the patients or their family member to come out of character on the staff; the staff on their personal phone showing other staff none related work matter and laughing. They need organizational skills and proper work ethics training. I don't think the doctors are any better.
Dr. Quintero is fantastic, but the office administrative staff are TERRIBLE. Rude, stonewalling, difficult, expect the patient do to their jobs for them, just give you the runaround, etc. If you have to get referred to another facility for an important procedure or diagnostic test - be prepared to spend the next several weeks fighting tooth and nail with the office staff to get the proper documentation sent over. That's not right.
