Dr. Radke, was checking on me the minute I entered the prep room to ask answer any questions!! His Staff..Debra..Debbie & James all told me what to expect and made ne feel very comfortable & everyone was especially nice,& so professional in getting me prepared for my procedure!! Front desk lady signed me in immediately & made sure someone was there to accompany me home after the procedure. Sandra & Leslie were also very helpful! I have a been going to a GI doctor since I was 13. I will warn any parent with young children or young adults not to make this place your primary provider. I haven’t been able to receive my medication because improper communication between them and a pharmacy. Look at the amount of times I had to call just for the issue to still not be resolved
Claire Jeanty is very rude and condescending. This gastro center was at Broward Health Coral Springs while I was admitted for a very serious and life threatening emergency and they are calling me to schedule an appointment. Here I am in the hospital and there they are trying to schedule more revenue for their practice. I asked questions from My hospital bed and Jeanty turns away from me and walks out the door. Don’t go here, they do not care it’s all about money.
