When I first called Specialty Fireplace Service, Nora was very helpful end encouraging that they could replace the glass on the fireplace. She had me measure the shattered glass over the phone and made an appointment to have a technician come out to install the glass when it was ready. The technician was very nice and removed our broken glass but found that the glass he had brought was too small and would need to remeasure and come back with glass another time. I had a technician from Specialty Fireplace come out to repair one of my gas fireplaces which would not stay on, after showing up 45 minutes late because he was given the wrong address by the office staff (even though I confirmed the address with them multiple times), he stayed for all of 5 minutes and charged me $98.00 to tell me I needed a part which they didn't have in stock and would take 7 days to receive.
