Made a delivery. I got my truck unloaded very quickly. The gentleman on the forklift was extremely careful being that I have a new trailer and truck. Very quick and efficient. Very friendly people
We needed replacement boards for a Tex fence that was badly damaged during hurricanes Helene and Milton. Our contractors drove an hour and half to pick up the materials. We bought 5 boards that were smaller than what we needed. I called Alex and asked if her would trade us for the longer ones and charge us the difference. He refused and said he would be happy to sell us another six but would not credit anything. I explained that these are unusual times and flexibility is appreciated.
