My Appt W Dr Gordon was at 9:55 AM. 2.5 hrs later I still have not seen a Dr. Apparently they schedule Doctors on call and book them with patients at the same time. Dr Gordon had an emergency, here all of her patients sit in the waiting room 2.5 hours later. Ridiculous.
I recently had shingles that unfortunately ended up in my eye so I needed urgent care along with some follow up visits. I was assigned to see Dr Maynard, and I just want to say I am so glad she was the Dr available to take my urgent appointment. She was so caring, compassionate and really took the time to listen and guide me. I also felt that Dr Maynard matched my energy at each visit which was wonderful as I saw her through some really hard times. My care at Specialty Eye Institute with Dr. Lance Lemon and staff has been excellent.
The doctors at Specialty Eye have provided excellent care for me for many years. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They listen well and explain their findings and recommendations. Drs. Leon and Kramer are outstanding. The front office staff and technicians are professional and efficient. I’ve recommended this office to many friends over the years and they’ve all been very pleased.
