Receptionists have no idea why I tried to reschedule a missed appointment. They don't communicate well in English. Doctor spoke to my husband and I as if we are stupid and don't understand. He doesn't listen well or have a good bedside manner. Money is all they care about. Not interested in restoring my husband's sight in his left eye. Deserves zero stars.
I had an emergency and there was small piece of foreign thing in my eye. First I went to Adventist hospital and they couldn't take it out but they verified that there's something in my eye and they refer me to this specialist. They talked with dr.Hovanesian and he gave me an appointment on Sunday so I went there on Sunday and they told me that they don't have my name!!!!!!!!! This place over books. I’ve been waiting 3 hrs for a surgical procedure. The staff seems nice enough but when you schedule an appt you think you’ll be seen within an hour. Usually that is the case. Not at this place. I’m worried this dr is going to be exhausted and fudge up my surgery. Don’t use this place if you don’t have too. Save yourself some frustration.
Horrible place , unprofessional, unorganized Don’t ever go there They told I can drive after exam but I couldn’t drive for 3 hours and left stranded at the parking lot
