Laura in the front desk always very helpful and friendly. She always addresses me by my name. Dr. Anna and Dr. Technician (Super nice blonde who always checks my eyes for the Dr.), sorry I just didn't want to mess up her name.... they all make me feel welcomed and helped me restore my vision and continue to do GREAT WORK! Everytime I go I feel like they give me spa treatment! Thank all of you!!!
They asked my husband to leave the building and proceded to torture me. I'm looking for disciplinary action.
It is impossible to get through to this clinic by phone. They inform patients about their surgery but fail to provide the time, forcing everyone to call the clinic and figure it out themselves. This not only overloads their staff but also shows complete disrespect for their clients' time. They couldn't care less that clients have to waste their time trying to reach them, as it takes at least an hour to get through. I requested my medical records on October 10th and was told it would take a few days, and agreed to the $30 fee. A week later, I called only to find out my request had never been submitted. After multiple follow-ups, I finally learned I needed to contact a different office due to a transfer—something that could have and should have been communicated to me from the start.
