I would give this office a 0 if I could. You have to call at least three times just to make sure they’ve actually scheduled your appointment. It takes them 20 minutes just to check the appointment time, they don’t call to remind you, and worst of all, they are unprofessional—they don’t even apologize for their mistakes.
Please get new people. Hospitality and customer service is horrible. Can’t even look at you or greet you when you come in.
I need new glasses as my old ones are no good anymore. The doctor spent some 3 minutes and said my Medi-Cal is not covering the glasses procedure, he was very arrogant and rude and careless. I do not know his name, it was a young Armenian male. I want to understand, as I have waited for months to get to the appointment. I will check with insurance if he lied or no. Receptionists here are mentally challenged. Waited 20 minutes on hold, told the receptionist I can give her the authorization number and she put me on hold for another 5 minutes until it eventually sent me to their voicemail. Called again. Waited another 10 minutes in queue. I was next in line and it looped me back to original start message and at end of the queue.
