I had a terrible experience with this office. I called and clearly confirmed my appointment for 2:50 PM (I even repeated the numbers back to them). When I arrived, they suddenly told me my appointment had been at 2:15, which was not true. It was obvious they were lying. This is not the first time they have done this. They don’t send text confirmations the day before, and it feels like they cancel or move appointments to give the spot to someone else, maybe a friend or a patient who will bring in more money.
