This shop is top notch! My truck was getting misdiagnosed at another shop and when James got his hands on it he found the problem same day! I was back on the road so fast. I won't go to anyone else!
After months of being tugged around by a mechanic in Sonora, my husband finally picked up his ‘02… 7.3 in worse shape than ever. Went in for an oil leak and thousands of dollars later the oil leak was fixed, but the truck ran terribly. Took it in to James hoping for the best and expecting the worst. Within 2 days he had ran through the truck and all the work the other mechanic did and found where he messed up and got it fixed and back to us. Truck runs great. We were towed into the yard after hours. James was so pleasant at such a late hour. James and the crew at Specialty got us back on the road the next morning.
