Specialty dental and Eric Horwood were great to work with supplying our startup office with dental equipment from start to finish. Eric is a great communicator and pleasant to work with. He makes himself available to answer any questions we have and made the process of selecting, ordering, and installing equipment easy. We're happy that we found Specialty Dental to work with and would highly recommend them if you need to buy dental equipment for an existing or startup dental office!
Matt was very helpful and informative when we needed to purchase a pan. He is responsive and is available to help even after the pan is installed!
When our suction system died on a Friday afternoon, we were in full panic mode- forced to cancel patients and left scrambling. Enter Specialty Dental, who came to our rescue like knights in shining armour....but with uniform Polo Shirts! aha Late in the afternoon when most companies wouldn't even offer same day assistance, they showed up (2 hours away may I add!), diagnosed the issue, and had us fully up and running so we could see patients on Saturday. Matt is a cut above the rest. This guy will always help you no matter what. We have even had equipment which was purchased else where ( big mistake) that broke and when it did, Matt always gave us a loaner and helped us out without expecting anything in return. This is by the way when all the other companies said it will take 3-4 days, Matt was always there with a solution within the hour.
