Consistently gets rid of the counselors that care, they don’t call back when you call in crisis. I plum forgot about a small portion of my total bill I had racked up and rather than them calling as they’d promised to remind me to pay off what little was left over, they turned me over to collections. I get it’s my responsibility over my bill but both are at fault here. Alas, my favorite counselor is gone and I don’t do business with them anymore.
