Specialty construction installed an under deck ceiling for us and it turned out terrific. We love sitting out nightly and are so satisfied. They walked us through the process, installed a light/fan and the quality is obvious.
I hired Tom to manufacture and install metal trim to cover unsightly rubber roofing that hung over the edge of my garage. He did a great job for a reasonable price and is very easy to work with on a custom job. Highly recommend.
I Highly recommend Specialty Construction for any custom sheet metal work. They made our leaky lower deck more usable with a metal ceiling that drains water away, keeping our bottom deck dry and more usable during rains. If you have uncovered upper and lower outdoor decks, Specialty Construction will fabricate and install a lower deck ceiling drainage system that keeps your lower deck (or porch) dry, making it more usable. What a difference this makes. Quality work, delivered as promised. Thank you John & Tom.
