Used service through warranty where they had to switch a braker on a my pool. Weirdly pool maintenance is not a service they do on their website but when they switched my braker they broke the pool light and when I advised that the service caused a damage they refused to come back and fix it. Would NOT recommend as they do not prioritize their customers or resolving their issues.
****They have since CLOSED 🫤as of 8-19-22 10 years we have used this company to repair and clean carpets and our grout lines. Super affordable and we use them multiple times a year. Used one of the “other guys” and well, WE STILL USE SPECIALTY. You will too!

I use Specialty at Desert Horizon Apartments, they have been an excellent value for our vacant carpet cleans.
Specialty Services did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. The carpets looked great following the cleaning. Not only was it a quality job but very cost friendly. The gentleman that came out to clean the carpets was very professional. I would recommend Specialty Services to everyone in the valley. Thank you Mike for the wonderful job done.
