Can’t believe this company is in business, So unprofessional. I had some water damage and I made a claim and they don’t respond. The adjuster finally came and he did what he need to do in submitting the claim and it’s been 1 1/2 months since then. I I have left numerous messages with no response and when I finally talk to someone they are helpless. Will find an another insurance company that responds
Wow - can’t believe this company is in business. Had hurricane damage and they don’t respond. The adjuster was prompt in submitting the claim and it’s been 2 months since then and the only thing I get is “ it’s been forwarded to management” . I have left numerous messages with no response and when I finally talk to someone they are helpless. Find another insurance company that responds to their clients.....
